Day package

Experience a session in a recording studio! A full day where you will be shown the links between the music and the company worlds and how to manage its teams as a Rock band. Then, dive into a session with professional musicians to record a track of your choice: each member will participate in a workshop with our coaches and then meet up in front of the microphone to participate in the recording of the track. A day that your employees will not soon forget.

Half-day package

Participate in the creation of a song, from its composition to the writing of the text, and its recording! You will also be shown the links between the world of music and business, then these management tools will be applied for the creation and recording of your song!

2 hours package

What if Music becomes your best asset to manage your teams? Julien Lemaire found himself “by mistake” managing teams in the chemical industry for nearly 10 years. He will explain how Music has allowed him to do this but also to develop product formulations without having any pre-requisite training in this field. This 2-hour session will show you how Music can help teams to understand their situation and adapt to changes.
